Complete new websites or website redesigns follow this series of steps.

Step 1: Initial Consultation by Phone

You and I have a phone conversation and briefly go over the website work you would like to have done. I answer your initial questions and you answer mine. Not all projects are right for my company, and we may not be right for you. That’s okay! If we decide to continue, we move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Preparation of Website Specification

We have a series of phone meetings and email exchanges during which I interview you about every aspect of your plans and requirements for the new or re-designed website. When I have all the information I need, I’ll proceed to write up a thorough, detailed Website Specification accurately describing your requirements.

Step 3: Proposal and Estimate

At your request, I’ll prepare a proposal and estimate based on the Website Specification we developed together. If you accept it, we sign a contract and you’re invoiced you for 1/4 of the estimated total for the project.
